Angel Matcha
Angel Matcha is 100% pure ceremonial grade matcha sourced straight from Japan. It is all natural and approved as USDA organic.
Angel Matcha is made from the leaves of shade-grown tea tree(known as Camellia Sinensis). The shaded growth makes the plant produce more theanine, caffeine and chlorophyll, which can reduce the bitterness as well as ensure good color for the matcha powder.
Angel Matcha powder has vibrant green color, and mellow, sweet as well as rich umami flavor. Matcha contains theanine, catechin,epigallocatechin gallate, tea polyphenol, caffeine, free amino acid, chlorophyll, protein, vitamins, various trace elements and so on. Matcha has antioxidant property, and it is helpful to scavenge free radicals, detoxify heavy metals and other toxins, protect liver health, boosts brain function, regulate cholesterol level and enhance weight loss.
Instructions:
- Sift the matcha powder use a small sifter to sift 3-4 tsp of matcha powder into a bowl.
- Add hot water pour about 2 ounces of hot water into the bowl (any milk can be used as a substitution).
- Whisk until frothy use a bamboo whisk for the best result in a zigzag motion
